Bumper stickers, one of the original forms of social media, have always been a way to show your true colors. This one, originally developed by New Hampshire Fish & Game decades ago, has been part of the New England vernacular.

It carries a wonderful implicit message that tells others to join the community of people and respect the need to not be moving in a vehicle when you see a moose.

I can’t help but think that this would be written totally different today – Stop for Moose or Watch out for Moose just would not convey the same message.
